Device characteristics of extraction tank:

1. The tank body is equipped by CIP rotary spray washing ballhead, temperature measuring hole , inspect hole of preventingexplosion, the light of ins pect hole, inspect lens, deliveringmaterial mouth with quick open style and so on, which caninsure convenient operation and accord with the GMP  standard.

2. Inside the facility, the body' materialis SUS304, having 300mesh polished inside, 2B primitive colors outside, 80 meshpolished welding line, no burr, slick corner, no sanitation deadangles.

3. The designed heating ability of sheath can attain the temperature from 20C to 95'C within 30 minutes.

4. The heat preservation of the tank body adopts glass cotton or rock cotton.

5. The tank body's top adopts hydraulic pressure rotary open cover device, which can make an accurate orientation.
