Scope：

SS reaction still is situable for hydrolysis, crystallize,evaporate,and storage in medicine (raw material ,compound),biological engineering,fine chemical engineering ,chemical synthesis , food and ect.

Structure features：

This SS reaction still is composed by three main parts-tanks ,jacket(fulljacket,tracing pipes) and agitator. The material which contacts

products ismade by SS 304 or 316L with GMP.

Configuration instructions：

1, Agitator mode mostly is frame agitator. This will insure blending uniformly in short  time. Meanwhile can choose anchor type orpaddle type.

2. Heating mode includes: steam,electrical heating ,conduction oil and water to meet different environment such as acidproof, alkali-resisting, thermostability and anti corrosion.

3. It applies sanitary mechanical seal. Insure enough pressure and no leakless

4. Option for hangers and legs. Interface is international ISO quick clamp.

5. Sterile vent,CIP cleaning sprayer,sight glass, flange and sanitary quick manhole ect.

Surface treatment of SS reaction still:

 Internal surface 400# mirror polish,insure no dead corner,omniseal design to insure the material is sterile. Outside surfacecan choose sand blast, dull polish coldrooling primary matte. Itis up to cunstomer' s requirements.
