 Air cylinder also calls split drum. It is the necessary accessory equipment of steam generator. And it is widely used ingenerate electricity, petro industry, steel, cement and building ect.

二、Performance and Structure

Air cylinder is the main accessory of boiler. When the boiler generates steam, air cylinder will distribute steam to severaltubes. Air cylinder is pressure bearing equipment which belongs to pressure vessel. Its main function is distributing steam.Therefore air cylinder contains several valve seat connected to boiler main steam valve and valves which distribute steam torequired place. 三、Technical specification

When the medium is steam must design according to ?pressure vessel regulation? . Also confirm diameter, materialand thickness of the tank. General rules: tank diameteris 2-2.5 times of the biggest adapter pipe. Generally the diameter isdetermined by the flow rate in the tank. Material is 10-20# seamless pipe,Q235B. 20g. 1 6MnR rolled by plate. Engineeringdesignation determined the number of adapter tube.

三、Ordering instruction

1, Supply flow rate, pressure and temperature.
2. Supply steam inlet pipe diameter, out diameter, drain pipe diameter and numbers.
3. Whether provide the size of air cylinder.
4. Whether need pressure gauge , temperature gauge and safety valve.
